Shay's Doc Visit

Shay's blood count was at 34 at Primary's. The Doc out there didn't seem to be too worried about it. He said that it shouldn't effect her monthly when she gets it. But the most important thing is, is that he gave her the go ahead to ride horses. As long as she wasn't taking any risks. The Doc said she should still get her blood count done every other month just to keep an eye on it, he predicts that it will slowly rise over time. Shay's happy and I'm satisfied with the Doc's advise. Not that Shay didn't ride horses at all last summer. Just as long as her mom didn't see, then it was ok ;) Shay's had a good week. She turned 12 and now gets to go to Young Women activities and she get's to ride horses this summer, for now that's what makes her heart happy. We'll see what makes her heart happy when she's 16!
